When will my order ship?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

We partner with several suppliers and warehouses. If you ordered multiple items, they may come in separate shipments.

Where is my tracking number?

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or contact us.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

Give it 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out and we’ll help resolve it.
