When will my order be delivered?

Most sauna orders are processed within up to 5 business days and ship via freight delivery.

Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 15–30 business days, depending on the product, destination, and carrier scheduling. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to freight logistics.

Can I Return my product?

Returns are accepted only in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selections made at the time of order.

What can I do if my sauna is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help assess the issue and coordinate next steps. Resolution options are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds and Warranty Policies.

Do you offer installation services?

Saunas are delivered ready for installation, but professional installation services are not included unless specifically stated on the product page.

We recommend working with a licensed electrician or contractor when required. Installation requirements vary by model and are outlined in product documentation.
