We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, some products have different return processes. Please review the policy below carefully.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@stonepeakoutdoors.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item arrived damaged or defective)
We will review your request and provide detailed instructions.
Return Shipping & Return Addresses
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses vary. We will provide the correct return address for your item once your return request is approved.
- Items returned to the wrong address or without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging (when applicable)
- Free of signs of wear, use, or damage
Some suppliers may require additional packaging or inspection steps. We will notify you if your item has special return requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or issue
We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
